Welcome to HTL Ghana (“HTL”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HTL Ghana website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Information
HTL Ghana is an online lifestyle and technology marketplace that offers smart devices, fashion accessories, home essentials, and premium lifestyle products. All purchases, deliveries, and services are subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using this Platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You will use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
3. Account Registration

- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
- HTL reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update prices at any time without prior notice.
- All products are subject to availability.
5. Orders and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our approved payment gateways.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- HTL provides nationwide delivery through trusted logistics partners.
- Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details; HTL is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy (see link below).
- Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after inspection and approval.
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unless defective upon delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, images, text, and software, is the property of HTL Ghana and protected under Ghanaian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.
- Use automated systems or bots to access or copy content.
Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
HTL Ghana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Platform or products. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the item(s) in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HTL Ghana harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable settlement, failing which they will be referred to arbitration in Accra, conducted in English under Ghanaian law.
14. Amendments
HTL Ghana reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
