Thank you for shopping with HTL Ghana. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and manage all shipments for orders placed on our website or mobile app. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Coverage

HTL Ghana provides nationwide delivery across all 16 regions of Ghana.
We deliver to homes, offices, schools, and pickup stations through trusted logistics partners.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines depend on your location and product type:

  • Accra & Tema: 1–2 business days
  • Regional Capitals: 2–5 business days
  • Other Towns & Districts: 3–7 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delays caused by factors outside HTL’s control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, strikes) will be communicated promptly.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with delivery details and tracking information.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by weight, size, and destination.

  • Fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • In some promotional cases, HTL may offer free shipping for eligible items or order amounts.

5. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders via:

  • The HTL Ghana website or mobile app (Order Tracking page)
  • SMS or email updates sent automatically when your order is shipped
  • Customer Service Hotline for manual tracking assistance

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
  • If delivery fails after two attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be canceled and refunded (minus shipping costs).
  • Customers must provide accurate contact and address information to ensure successful delivery.

7. Inspection at Delivery

Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to:

  • Inspect the product before signing the delivery note.
  • Report damaged, defective, or missing items immediately to the delivery agent or to support@htlghana.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Failure to report within this window will be considered acceptance of the item’s condition.

8. Risk and Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.
  • Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment has been received.

9. Undeliverable Packages

In rare cases where a package cannot be delivered:

  • HTL will notify you by email or phone.
  • You may choose re-delivery (with an extra fee) or refund (excluding shipping costs).

10. International Orders

Currently, HTL Ghana delivers only within Ghana.
International shipping options will be announced when available.

11. Force Majeure

HTL Ghana shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation breakdowns, government restrictions, or civil disturbances.
